WOW! That pretty much describes it. The Siberian Husky Club of America’s Breeder of the Year award is a once in a lifetime award for me. Never before and probably never again will I have all my lucky stars align at once.
Good Dogs Great Friends One Spectacular year.
This is something I never would have accomplished on my own. It was because of my extended family and great friends that it was a reality
Special thanks go to my buddies Marcy Lew of Kayak Siberians and Nancy Sumida of Sumiro Siberians for helping raise, train and show the kids that were born here. Thanks also, to Jamesa Maulden of Syntari who co-bred and/or co-owns 3 of the kids that finished in 2006 and Jessica Breinholt of Kaylenberg Siberians who put so much love and effort into Luna, the Diva sled dog NOT!. Also, thanks to Verla McFayden for raising not one but two Journey kids. You get an A+ for effort. Extra special thanks go to Tommy O for finishing Kari and to Lauren, Stephanie and Barbara House for helping get the kids shown and finished.
